1. Service Description
Receva ("the Service"), operated by Grizzly Tec LLC ("we", "us", "our"), provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. When enabled, the Service answers incoming calls on your behalf, engages callers in natural conversation, collects information, and delivers call summaries and recordings to your configured notification channels.
2. Account & Billing
- You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is based on your selected plan and included minutes.
- Overage minutes beyond your plan allowance are billed at the per-minute rate specified in your plan.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Conduct illegal activities or facilitate fraud
- Harass, threaten, or deceive callers
- Collect sensitive personal data (SSN, credit card numbers, health records) through the AI receptionist without appropriate compliance measures
- Exceed reasonable usage patterns intended to abuse the system
4. Data Handling
- Call recordings are automatically deleted after 14 days by our telephony provider.
- Call transcripts and summaries are retained in your account for your reference until you delete them or close your account.

5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI models, voice synthesis) which may experience outages. We are not liable for missed calls or service interruptions caused by upstream provider issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Tec LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. AI Disclaimer
The AI receptionist is an automated system. While designed to be helpful and accurate, it may occasionally misunderstand callers, provide incomplete information, or make errors. You are responsible for reviewing call summaries and following up with callers as needed. The AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your phone number will be released and call data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or dashboard notification of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
